A plain-English summary of what data Dawson Agriculture collects when you visit dawsonag.co or get in touch through the website, what we do with it, and how to contact us if you want it removed.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Server logs. Like every website, our server records visiting IP addresses and browser user-agent strings. We use these for spam detection and security only.
- Google Analytics 4 cookies. We use GA4 to understand how the site is used, which pages perform, and where visitors come from.
- Meta Pixel cookies. We run paid ads on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel records when you visit the site and which pages you view, so we can build advertising audiences and measure whether ads are working.
- Google reCAPTCHA token. When you submit the contact form, Google reCAPTCHA runs in the background to filter out automated bot submissions.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry when you contact us.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
- To run targeted advertising on Meta and Google platforms.
- To keep spam, scrapers and automated form submissions out.
We do not sell your data. We do not share contact details with any third party for marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies set on dawsonag.co fall into three groups:

To opt out: your browser settings can block third-party cookies, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and you can adjust ad preferences inside your Facebook account settings.
Who else sees your data

- Kinsta, our hosting provider, who handle server logs and backups.

Contact form submissions are emailed directly to admin@dawsonag.co. They are not synced to any external CRM or marketing automation tool.
How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: indefinitely in our email inbox, unless you ask us to delete them.
- Server logs: roughly 30 days at the hosting layer.
- Cookies: see each provider above for retention periods.
