Soil Doctor: independent soil testing for growers across Southern QLD and Northern NSW

Better data. Better decisions.

Mobile soil coring across the Lockyer Valley, Toowoomba, Western Downs, South Burnett and Goondiwindi

Soil Doctor is our mobile soil testing service, run out of Withcott near Toowoomba. We bring our own coring rig to your paddock, take GPS-stamped samples to the depths the lab needs, send the cores through Nutrient Advantage, and turn the results into a written report you can actually use. You don’t have to be a Dawson Ag agronomy client to book it — one-off tests are welcome.

Why soil testing matters: every fertiliser decision starts here

Your soil is the foundation of every cropping and fertiliser decision you make. With urea prices high and margins tight, you need to know exactly what you’re working with — not what you assume from last season. A proper soil test tells you what the paddock has, what it doesn’t, and where to put your money so you’re maximising farm profitability instead of guessing.
